 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the company's system of accounts and keep books and records on all company transactions and assets.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and cash flows.
<br>
• Prepare reports that outline the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, earnings and operating effectiveness.

• Manage operating cash flow, client billings, collections, and payables and provide updates to CFO.

• Manage the company’s payroll and benefit plans.
<br>
• Keep management team up-to-date with progress in sales, versus expense budget, cash position, etc.

• Oversee the Finance Manager, who will be responsible for data entry, monthly reconciliation, monthly client reporting, payroll and other basic accounting.

• Manage company’s insurance policies.

- Provides daily support to Operations Manager... to be the Manager's "right hand" for various operations and accounting tasks </br>
- Provides daily support to Accounting Department </br>
- Provides as-needed reception support to Customer Service </br>
- Provides daily and monthly support for invoicing and statement processing </br>
- Provides daily support with petty cash handling </br>
- Provides excellent customer service when handling customer account inquiries </br>
- Performs daily data entry, order and credit processing </br>
- Additional accounting and general office duties as needed </br>

- Minimum 1+ years working in a small, busy office </br>
- Proficient with MS Office 2003 and 2007. Strong Excel skills preferred. </br>
- Completion of college coursework (Accounting/Business/Finance Majors preferred) </br>
- Able to work with little supervision while following company policies and procedures </br>
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. (English) </br>
- Cash Handling Experience. </br>
- Familiar with Office Equipment (Phone, Fax, Scanner, Copier, Printers, Mail Machines) </br>
- Basic technical and operations experience a big plus!</br> 
A successful candidate must be prepared to be a direct support to the Operations Manager with a team-oriented attitude. </br>
