GUIDELINES:
1. Pay your rent on time.
2. Clean up after yourself.
3. Respect everyone and their privacy and not disturb others.
4. Out-side smoking is fine. In door smoking is not OK.
5. Overnight short term guests OK with prior consent.
6. No excessive drinking, no drugs or prostitutes please.
So if you do have a pet, please make sure that he/she does not have issues either and is house trained and is able to socialize with other people and animals.
