Behavioral Consultants and Associates is a growing, competitive company which provides early intervention ABA therapy to children with Autism. We provide individually structured programs focusing on the development of skills in language, play, social, motor and academics by way of positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques. We are currently looking for dependable, bright, and dedicated people to be part of our therapy team. No previous experience is required. Training is provided followed by supervision with possibilities for advancement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience with young children (special education children a plus)
*Educational background in psychology, child development, or related fields
*A bachelors degree is preferred
*Must enjoy working with children and their families
*NOTE: For Supervisor positions; enrollment in a program leading to certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required along with 2 years experience with ABA/DTT programs. For Lead Therapist positions; must be a 3rd or 4th year student in a related major and a minimum of 1yr experience in ABA/DTT programs
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
*A reliable automobile with proof of current insurance
*A willingness to drive to locations within Antelope Valley
*Good references
*Ability to pass fingerprint clearance

WHAT WE OFFER:
*20 hours of initial paid training
*Starting wage of $15-17/hr DOE; Supervisors DOE
