Busy and thriving Medicare certified and JCAHO accredited Home Health Care agency is in need of reliable and experienced RNs to open cases, do RECERTS and DISCHARGES for home bound patients in the Antelope Valley (Palmdale, Lancaster, Little Rock) and surrounding areas. Must be familiar with OASIS and must have HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE.
We are also in need of reliable, experienced and caring LVNs to conduct per diem visits to homebound patients in the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas. MUST HAVE AT LEAST ! YEAR OF HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE.
Requirements:
Current California Professional license
Valid California Drivers' License
Current Auto Insurance
Current CPR card
Current Liability Insurance
Current Medical Exam and TB test
One year experience in Home Health Care - A MUST! (Please do not apply if you have no experience making visits)
Must be able to speak, read and write English legibly
Must have reliable transportation
