We are looking for an experienced resident manager for large mobile home park.

Requirements:
- Ability to effectively deal with tenants, oversee maintenance staff, supervise upkeep and appearance and provide reporting to the owner.
- Must have basic knowledge of landlord tenant law and basic procedures relating to mobilehomes.
- Computer skills, outlook e-mail, excell, word processing, filing
- ability to multitask, must be detail oriented, and well organized
- Office hours, 9 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday, plus a few hours on the weekend.
- Free 2 bedroom doublewide mobile home available for manager's full time residence.
