Part Time Position with Flexible Hours!
A busy real estate office is seeking a runner to make property visits and report condition.
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications :
1. possess excellent organization and planning skills
2. possess a good knowledge of the Antelope Valley
3. possess good map skills
4. be comfortable entering vacant homes in every area of the AV
5. have a dependable vehicle
6. possess proficiency with digital cameras, downloading photos and resizing
The position includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
1. inspect properties
2. report property damage
3. photograph the property and process the photos
4. install lockboxes
5. install signage
The position requires 25-30 hours per week with compensation at $8.00/hour plus a per property bonus. The successful candidate will schedule his or her hours any day of the week between 9 AM and 9 PM.
