MOTIVATIONAL TRAINER NEEDED TO MANAGE AND LEAD A GROWING SALES TEAM!!
Safe Home Systems will be conducting interviews for a new Team Manager. Must have experience in developing and running ADT Dealer door knocking van teams. Working with any alarm company is a plus.

There is plenty of growth to run multiple offices, allowing you to make HUGE OVERRIDES off of each office. Duties will include but not limited to the following:

1. Build a strong Crew at our Competetive Location (LANCASTER)
2. Hiring and training new van team members.
3. Recruiting and maintaining Sales Levels and growing them
4. Ad Placement, and continual hiring runs
5. MUST BE A SALES CLOSER!!!!!!

We are a highly successful Alarm Company that is currently implementing its expansion in major markets and territories.

WE ARE ALSO SEEKING TO FILL SALES POSITIONS. EXTREMELY FUN ENVIRONMENT AND TOP INDUSTRY PAY.

Position offers Base + Commission + BONUSES.
