Requirements:
Active Top Secret clearance
At least 5 years of experience as described below:
· End-to-end (hardware and software ) support of Servers

· Develop intimate program and customer knowledge to represent CNO service

· Tasks and projects will be at the direction of Client Management
Project Description:
· IT Technicians to assist with a broad range of basic systems and application support activities.
· Assists with the analysis of computing requirements.
· Assists with activities to install, configure and maintain systems hardware, software and components.
· Assists with basic computing inventory tracking and shipping.
· Documents and implements computer applications.
· Assists in the restoration of basic computing service operation.
· Supports activities to ensure security of information and systems.
· May provide comprehensive computing support in closed environments and small sites.
· Assists in the development and deployment of basic IT processes and computing standards. Assists in the refinement of processes.
· Assists in the analysis of current and anticipated end user's basic computing requirements to meet business objectives.
· Observes and assists in gathering and documenting basic computing system requirements and issues with end users and supplier partners.
· Performs limited, entry-level asset management activities (e.g., tracking, shipping, stocking, disposition) of computing/network related materials (e.g., imaging devices, computing hardware/software, video, network, telephony) using company standard software tools in an effort to manage assets efficiently. Seeks direction for non-routine asset management activities.
· Assists with the installation, configuration, change and relocation for basic computing delivery systems components (e.g., imaging devices, computing hardware/software, video, network, telephony) in support of the end user requirements, as specified by company policies and procedures.
· Assists in the restoration of basic computing service operations with minimum disruption to the business, using standard tools and business processes.
· Assists in monitoring and performing basic administrative functions to maintain and enhance computing delivery system management tools for hardware, software, network and operating systems using standard tools and business processes
