Need Help/Info on a Historical Home (Lancaster, Ca)

Hi Everyone,
We are working to get a home in Lancaster designated as a Historical Site. But we also have some homework to do to submit the application and want to see if anyone out there has any knowledge of some older Lancaster, Ca residents, this home or know of some old timers or children of long time Lancaster residents who may be able to provide some insight. The home is 809 West Newgrove. We have it dated as 1902. No information on the builder.

I have a list of some of the names of former residents who lived in the home or were listed to have owned it or had their names tied to it in title records but did not live in it. Any info or references would be wonderful. These are a list of names tied to the home....

Mary F. Haynes
James P. Ward
Emma and Frank Robinson
Ella A Arwine and James Arwine (we are aware Dr. Arwine practiced in the area and that he is documented in materials but would love any info pertaining to when he lived in this house)
John G. Casey
Emil Fredin
Lillian and Frank Sharps
Benjamin and Georgia Hill
Harold D. and Ima Vreeland
C.E. Talbot
Daniel MacDougall
Hubert H and Edna Hill
Anna J. Fuller and G.H. Fuller
W. P. Gillmore and Laura K. Gilmore
Sarah H. Byers (I was told she passed away, but had children and lived in the home for about 30 yrs, I would love any ties to her time there or her children who can perhaps also provide information)

I have done all the local searches and the Palmdale Library Strausburg section, local historian books, etc. We have turned up with 0 documents or photos on this home even though its been here for so long.

Please contact me if you can be of any help!

Thank you ahead of time!
