We are looking for a unique person who'll bring a genuine customer service energy to our workplace. This person will be mature, experienced, and have a strong natural desire to serve the needs of our customers. We'd love to find a friendly person with a grown-up attitude, a person who's been around the block a few times, at least where restaurants are concerned.

Our restaurant is very casual and has an open kitchen. Customers can watch from the front counter or through big windows from the dining room. Good service is especially important in this setting because the customers are often watching everything that happens from the moment they place their order until they receive their food. That means that you can't "switch off" your customer service face after the order gets placed. You need to actually care!

You also need to be able to use a computer with minimal instruction.

We do a large volume of pizza, salad, sandwich and spaghetti sales. The person we hire will be able to take orders at the counter and serve food in the dining room in a friendly and confident way, without being fake. We aren't a fake-smile kind of place. We want a genuine person with a genuine desire to do the right thing for the customer. Is this possible? Sure. We've certainly found some excellent customer service types over the years and we know there are more out there.

This job will provide approximately 20 hours a week to start, with more hours possible over time.

Position Responsibilities
� Monday through Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
� Process customer orders
� Answer product availability inquiries
� Sends catalogs and promotes brand awareness
� Handles the needs of Sales and Marketing representatives

� Work to ensure and maintain a positive experience for all new distributors and retail accounts by closely monitoring orders

Position Requirements
