I’m a professional writer who works at home, and sometimes travels for weeks at a time. I’m looking for a quiet, safe place to live and do my work. Would love to find a guest house or something similar.

I currently live in a boarding house near downtown. I pay $550 a month but the room is only 120 square feet, the bathroom is shared and there's no kitchen. I'd love a little more space! But all I really want and need is my own separate entrance and a bathroom.
