International Consulting Company is seeking a Team Leader (TL) for a group of 5 analysts in their Los Angeles office, to perform a “watch” function (collecting, evaluating, and disseminating open and privileged source intelligence from around the world) for a major corporate client of our company.
Responsibilities:
The Team will produce daily, monthly and on demand reports on a 24/7 basis to alert the client about threats to its people, property, assets and reputation/brand. The Team Leader will be responsible for delivery of product, local management of the team, scheduling deliverables, oversight of shift rotations and other basic managerial matters, as well as day to day client interface.
The position will be based on a 40 hour working week, with 10 national holidays, 15 vacation days and 10 sick days a year. However due to the 24/7 requirement will require overnight and shift work. The position will be fixed to the client’s term, and will expire in line with this. There will be no relocation allowance associated with this position.

Skills:
Successful candidate will have a demonstrable understanding of global security threats and will be able to articulate these accurately, clearly and concisely for a varied audience.
Candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and leadership prowess as well as:
• strong interpersonal communications skills,
• strong analysis skills,
• Management experience,
• Strong administrations skills.
Requirement to work some evenings, nights and weekends on shift work will necessitate self discipline and the fostering of discipline within the team. Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
Education:
Graduate qualification in International Relations, Political Science, International Security, behavioral science, criminal justice, law enforcement and or a similar field.
Previous analytical experience in the intelligence community or private sector preferred, but not expected.
US citizen (requires the ability to pass a full background investigation and obtain a Federal security clearance).
