Real estate management company seeks motivated individual to assist staff with special projects (capital upgrade management, maintenance issue management, renovation management, etc) as well as standard leasing/sales/customer service functions.

Ideal candidate is driven, motivated, capable of independent thinking, and incapable of taking "no" for an answer.

Pay: 35k, with possibility for 40k after 6 months.
