It drives smooth and tight. The interior is in perfect condition! And the exterior has a couple small dings, but overall, looks amazing.
I just had the car tuned-up, serviced, oil-changed, and completely detailed yesterday, and it's just waiting for you to come pick up. Oil changes and services have been regularly been done by the Honda dealership. The battery was replaced and an alignment was done recently, and I've kept all service records. This car has never been smoked in and has primarily highway miles from commuting.
It has about 86,000 highway miles and has an existing Honda Care warranty that is BUMPER-TO-BUMPER and good for nearly another 15,000 miles. The car can be taken into any Honda Service Center in the country and will be covered under the warranty! How amazing is that? That alone is valued at over $1000, and is not included in any Kelley Blue Book or Edmunds value of the vehicle.
The price is a bargain because I'm looking to sell quickly. Some of these hybrids (with much more mileage and no warranty) are selling for $17,000+ around LA! Many dealers are being able to sell these cars thousands over Blue Book because of the high demand, with gas prices and all. And these Civic Hybrids are thousands cheaper than Priuses. When, in actuality, these Hondas look better and have better crash test ratings. They're also much cheaper to maintain because many of the parts are simple Honda Civic parts, whereas all parts for the Prius are specific to that model and are usually marked up by mechanics for that reason. These cars save so much more money!
Oh, and I hear these cars have great gas mileage. I get a combined total of about 47-49 mpg. If I drive mainly city, I get 40-43. And I've had some road trips with over 60mpg! As a bonus, I'll leave the iPod / iPhone jack that's currently in the car. It charges the iPod while is plays through the car's stereo. And it works with the iPhone!
