Zenercise Fitness Center is a recently opened facility conveniently located near downtown LA and the Mid-Wilshire area. Zenercise is open early and late to accommodate your hectic schedule.
Zenercise not only has a great facility for members to use, they also have Fitness Kickboxing classes offered 6 times a week. Fitness Kickboxing classes offered at Zenercise are free with membership, and also available to non members for a per class rate, or you can to a kickboxing class package deal! Fitness Kickboxing mixes kicks and punches with traditional strength training, abdominal work, and even some good old fashioned heavy bag work!
The kickboxing instruction is handled by a knowledgeable black belt with years of teaching and training experience. You'll have fun and learn something new in this class! A great way to add to your traditional workout routine. Members of Zenercise not only have access to state of the art equipment, all classes are included with membership, as well as access to a tea room, and meditation room!
