My name is Gretchen and I am a Certifited Pilates Instructor trough AFAA. I have been teaching for 7 years and began my practice in Miami, FL where I trained and taught under some the best instructors in the area.

I guarantee you will lose weight, stand taller, increase abdominal strength, decrease lower back pain, sleep better, and feel great after 3 lessons.

Classes are one hour long and will consist of all floor exercises using your own body weight as resistance. Class will be based upon your current fitness level. Everyone is encouraged to participate no matter how young, old, or the status of your current fitness level.

Classes are $100/hr for one person and $150 for two people. Groups of three are $200 and groups larger than 3 will be charged $200 plus an additional $20 per person. Cash only. If you are far away from the Hollywood area, there will be an additional $20 charge.

I bring music and it is very fun. You will feel happy and healthy. Children are welcome. I am pet friendly.
