Seeking maintenance technician for a lovely 30 unit apartment complex in downtown Los Angeles. Position is full time, Monday through Friday.
Duties will include, but not be limited to: Under limited supervision, performs work in connection with the operation, maintenance, and security of buildings, grounds, and facilities in order to ensure efficient plant operation. Performs maintenance of units, grounds, buildings, parking lots and janitorial duties within the community. Secures or arranges for availability of necessary work orders, materials, equipment tools, parts, and permits. Conducts preventative maintenance program. Participate in on-call emergency schedule.
Requirements: High School graduate, at least 5 years maintenance experience.
