Large living room / bathroom needed for USC thesis film (Los Angeles / pasadena)

Hello!

We're graduate film students at USC who are looking for an apartment in which to shoot for two days: August 4 and 5. We need a large living room and a "large-ish" bathroom. The place we're looking for is "lived in and cozy" - something likely built in the 70's and NOT sparkling brand new.

As students, we have teeny budgets, but we can offer around $125 per day. We'll be very respectful, timely, and VERY APPRECIATIVE for your time and space.

2 D.C. musicians , both 23 years of age, both males. Friends since the sixth grade.

Lived in Northern VA/DC area for most of our lives, looking to embark on a big change in our early 20s. Moving cross country, continue life anew.

Looking for temporary housing while we get ourselves situated out there, possibly two-three months.

The cheaper the rent, the better, as we still have bills at home, and travel expenses from going cross country.
