A Los Angeles based Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking to improve its current and future capabilities in meeting business imperatives and operational needs. This experienced HR professional provides recruiting services to the Executive Team, to ensure that current and upcoming human resource needs are addressed. This role’s primary set of responsibilities include: source third party consultants, conduct interviews, manage the application process, conduct internal and external research, maintain consultant paperwork, administer all consultant orientations, update and implement HR changes on an ongoing basis, and tracking consultant status throughout their history with our company.
5+ years of experience as an HR professional must be within the real estate industry. Broad knowledge of HR; bachelor’s degree; expertise with relevant federal and state laws; exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills; and accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Position is on a consultancy basis with the possibility of part/full time employment opportunities in the future.
