Nexon Human Resources Team is in need of an HR Assistant to assist/support the team with Recruiting and general HR administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This will be an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate to start their career in Recruiting/Human Resources. This position is a TEMPORARY assignment and will be working through our Staffing partner.

Nexon America opened for business in Los Angeles in 2005 to bring the best of online entertainment to North American audiences. The company’s growing library of titles includes the world-famous franchise MapleStory, the role playing fantasy life of Mabinogi and the online multiplayer first-person shooter Combat Arms.

Responsibilities:
• Sorting and Organizing Recruiting Inbox and HR folders
• Reviewing resumes and forwarding to Recruiter/HR Manager
• Maintenance of Recruiting Folders
• Scheduling phone/onsite interviews with candidates
• Creating onsite interview itinerary for Hiring Mgrs and Candidates
• Making necessary arrangements for HR-related events (interviews, workshops, meetings)
• Coordinating travel arrangements for candidates with Admin Team
• Assembling new hire/termination packets
• Ordering department supplies
• Additional tasks/projects as assigned by HR Manager

Qualifications:
• Local candidates only
• 0-1 year of previous HR/Recruiting experience or HR Internships
• Excellent Communication Skills – Verbal and Written ***
• Absolutely detail-oriented
• Professionalism / Strong Work Ethic
• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work additional hours as necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
