The Director of Marketing will develop, implement and organize marketing plans and Physician/community outreach programs and events with local organizations chambers city services, educational programs, etc. Will achieve hire hospital admissions and census goals. Will serve as a field liaison to referral sources and the Community. Will visit referral sources to insure smooth working relationships. Will create ads, prepare press releases, write articles and design marketing materials, campaigns and a new website.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications (Master’s preferred). Qualified candidates must possess hospital based marketing experience – 4+ years.
