2 chihuahuas found downtown Los Angeles (4th and Alameda)

One chihuahua is a female, possibly pregnant, black with brown markings. The other has white legs with brown markings and some black, not sure if male or female. They have been hanging around the area for a few weeks. They are somewhat shy and have no collars.
