Attorney for Loan Litigation/Bankruptcy/Debt Reduction/Commercial Loan Negotiation

We are a growing law firm specializing in Loan Litigation, Bankruptcy, Debt Reduction, and Commercial Loan Negotiation with offices in Los Angeles and San Jose.

We are looking for an attorney who is responsible, independent, and can multitask, with a background/experience in Litigation, Real Estate, and/or Bankruptcy. Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual individuals preferred.

Candidate will work closely with Clients, Banks, Lenders, Collection Agencies, etc. He/she will collect and assess Client information, process financial information, and negotiate settlement terms with Lenders.


Minimum qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Litigation/Real Estate/Bankruptcy
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Independent worker
