I am looking for an experienced attorney to manage my growing workload in a VARIETY of areas. My practice has 4 general components:
Lender Representation in Civil Court/Nonjudicial Foreclosures
Lender Representation in Bankruptcy Court
General Real Estate Practice: Litigation AND Transactions with a sprinkling of "Miscellaneous" non-Real Estate matters.
Advice and Counsel to our High-Volume Post-Foreclosure Eviction Department
In addition to expansion due to the foreclosure boom, I am winding down some of my "hands-on" legal work so I can spend more time on client development in this "creditor" environment.
Thus, in all of the above areas, I am anticipating having more available work--and increasingly so as client development grows as well as our "standard" files become litigation files due to the growing debtor
litigation against Lenders.
I am seeking a personable, client and court presentable, bright, sharp, "fast learning", consistent and reliable attorney to join me full time as my right hand. I am looking for someone with sufficient experience so that I would not need to go over litigation basics, contract interpretation basics, etc...and can rely on their good legal judgment and ability to move things along without hands-on monitoring (I am willing, however, to lecture/guide in my areas of practice). I thus am not seeking a new inexperienced attorney/Law School graduate as I do not believe it would fit my needs (or theirs as far as guidance/training goes). However, limited-experience attorneys with demonstrated success and skills as outlined above and below will be considered. Starting Salary: $75,000.00 .
Demonstrated experience in "working well with people" and/or management of others is given high consideration. . Demonstrated and verifiable written communication skills, and intellectual prowess (any form of evidence will be considered: grades, recommendations, work product, etc...) .
