Established and progressive law firm seeks an experienced Paralegal.
Ideal candidates have at least 3-years experience with all aspects of business immigration (including H-1B visas, PERM, I-140 Petitions, and Applications to adjust status)
and family-based petitions (including K-1 & K-4 visas, spousal petitions and removal of conditions, I-130 based on adoption).
The most suitable candidates should also have experience with Naturalization, Certificate of Citizenship (N-600 & N-600K), Deportation Proceedings, CSPA and consular processing, filing appeals at AAO and BIA.
