We are seeking to hire two litigation attorneys in our L.A. office. These will be ongoing hourly positions with the potential to become permanent.
One position is heavy construction litigation (5+ years experience required). Someone with delay claims and construction contract issues is sought.
The other is heavy general commercial litigation (10+ years experience required). Some experience in creditors rights, prejudgment, post-judgment and provisional remedies is sought.
Hourly rate DOE and this is an open-ended, full time contract engagement. Potential for more.
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in CA, have a stable work history, above-average educational backgrounds, and excellent employment references.
