Small but VERY busy law office seeks IMMEDIATE person to answer telephones, and help out with every kind of typical office administrative item. Person must be presentable, speak professionally (it's a law office) and serve as personal assistant to the main partner. I will not sugar coat it: this job is not for someone with thin skin. successful applicant will be someone who can handle constant interruptions with new "urgent" matters while simultaneously keeping up with the tasks that were interrupted by these "new emergencies"; answering the telephone with professionalism, keeping the office looking good, and greeting walk-in clients/guests, running to do out-of-office Business AND personal errands, learning new computer systems--and actual document preparation and letter writing! Does this sound like you? if you have done this before, or can demonstrate that you CAN do this extremely well, you will grow here without ANY doubt.
