PRODUCTION CLERK – immediate start
Women’s contemporary apparel brand seeks an experienced Production Clerk to start immediately!
MUST HAVE APPAREL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE!
Clerical experience a MUST!
Duties include:
-data entry for production department
-Ensures cuts are updated in a timely manner once received from contractor
-Vendor contract maintenance for TOPs, cuts, screen prints, sewing, laundry and finishing, ensures contracts are signed and returned
-Responsible for updating division WIP reports and report analysis
-Responsible for weekly Production Control report
-Schedules all pick-ups once garments are ready for laundry and finishing
-Ensure cuts are closed-out once received in-house
-Ensures debt memos are issued for damaged or missing pieces
-Creates and maintains all cut schedules for sewing, laundry, and finishing contractors
-Confirms Tech Packs and Sew by Samples are prepared and ready for QC prior to releasing cut
-Assists Laundry QC with PO maintenance, approvals of TOP samples and wash tests
-Completes Ad Hoc projects when assigned
