MSC currently manages a national portfolio of more than 15,266 units, with 246 properties in 17 states. We are seeking dynamic leaders to manage operations of multi-site portfolios in Southern California area including Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Palm Springs. The Property Supervisor is responsible for daily operations and financial performance of the portfolio including administration, leasing, maintenance and asset preservation, as well as, employee staffing, training and development, and implementation of company policies, procedures and initiatives. This position will initially supervise 6 properties, with the potential to grow to 14+ properties. The portfolio includes 3 multi-family properties in Anaheim, 1 multi-family property in San Diego, 1 property in Encinitas and 1 property in Cathedral City.
Requirements –
• Minimum of three years experience managing multi-sites
• Experience in managing affordable housing developments, including HUD and Low Income Tax Credit properties
• Experience in generating property budgets
• Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws required
• Exposure / familiarity with community organizing, services and programs
