We are currently seeking a HMO Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of HMO enrollment/marketing experience.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managed care enrollment

- Patient education and follow-up

- Member retention

- Tracking and documentation

- Managed care partnership



QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external customers both in person and by telephone.

- Knowledge of State and local County healthcare programs (including eligibility standards) preferred

- CAA (Certified Application Assistor) Certificate a plus.

- Basic computer skills a must.
