E & S Ring Management is a leading residential property management company and we are currently seeking a DYNAMIC sales-oriented individual with excellent customer and organizational skills to join our team and work at our 277-unit apartment community located Los Angeles, CA. This candidate must be self-motivated, 100% dedicated, and be a proven top closer. This selected individual will be responsible for maintaining occupancy goals by development of marketing, generating traffic, securing appointments and maximizing rentals, qualifying potential residents, answering phones, conducting tours, and all other leasing and administrative duties related to this position.
Qualified candidates must have computer skills including word processing and typing 40 wpm, strong communication skills, possess excellent customer service skills, and one year of direct sales or apartment industry experience.
