On-Site Resident Manager
Professional Management Company is seeking a full time experienced on-site property manager to oversee the daily operations of a large apartment building in Santa Barbara. Duties include, but are limited to: tenant relations, coordinating/supervising staff, vendors and/or maintenance team, leasing, direct marketing, and reporting to supervisor with updates/progress on an ongoing basis. We are looking for 2+ years of experience of onsite management with a STRONG EMPHASIS on salesmanship, marketing and leasing. Must have reliable transportation, and a clean DMV record, excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the capability of handling tenant challenges with professionalism and courtesy.
