DUTIES( include, but are not limited to):

-Strong Marketing skills (showing and leasing apartments)

-Collecting Rents

-Enforcing tenants' leases and the property's rules and regulations

-Preparing tenant correspondances (such as 3 day notices and 24 hour notices to enter)

-Keeping the building clean

- Assisting residents with their customer service needs

-Supervising vendor services

*Spanish fluency a plus
