A Los Angeles Property Management firm with extensive experience in administration, leasing and management of commercial real estate properties in Southern California is looking to fill a Property Manager position. We manage nearly three million square feet of commercial properties in Southern California.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years experience as a Commercial Property Manager
- Must have a reliable transportation and must have a valid California Drivers License
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control the day-to-day property management responsibilities for retail centers located in Southern California.
- Coordinate/supervise all vendors and maintenance personnel
- Thorough understanding of how commercial retail building works from an operational point of view.
- Manage and bid building capital improvements projects
- Conduct occasional walkthroughs as required
- Tenant relations
- Inform tenants of issues and events that impact them
- Take tenant complaints and dispatch appropriate personnel, diagnose and solve problem, schedule and oversee completion of the work.
- Attend client meetings as required
- Experience with rent payment provisions, rent collection procedures and lease renewals.
- Review and approve billing and adjustments.
- Coordinate and oversee routine remodeling, repairs and tenant improvements.
- Willingness to take initiative and complete projects independently, and in a timely fashion, without excessive oversight.
- Knowledge and experience with Work, Excel and Outlook
