...have a passion for fashion: you know designers and people always comment about your clothes
...want to have a career in fashion: buyer, own a boutique, etc.
...have a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
...have at least 2 yrs. retail experience in boutique environment, and strong sales skills
...can work at least 1 day on week-ends
...have great problem-solving skills and can think outside the box
...are able to learn quickly
...are comfortable with computers
(Fashion/merchandising degree and client book can be a plus, but not required).
