My husband is leaving for Europe and I am staying in Los Angeles until the end of the year when the lease is up on our apartment and I can leave my job before I move with him.

The building is right off of fuller (between La Brea and Fairfax) between hollywood and franklin so its towards the bottom of the hollywood hills. Walking distance to runyon canyon park, hollywood and highland and many night clubs.
The building has two pools and jacuzzies, a gym, a roof top sun deck with a barbecue and a beautiful view of Los Angeles, two laundry units, and two beautiful courtyards with fireplaces and sitting areas.
I have two tandem parking spots so you will have your own gated parking as well as your own walk-in closet.
The unit also has a balcony.
I prefer a female roommate as well as someone who is not allergic to cats because I have one.
The rent would be $800.00 which would include the utilities as well.
