The price includes utlities, FREE laundry (we have four machines), FREE satelite television, and FREE wireless DSL. and of course you have full use of the shared bathroom, kitchen, living rooms, etc. We are a laid back family and we also rent a two bedroom guest house out back to two young guys who work in the movie business.
