The place is located in 505 Gayley Ave. which is right next to UCLA DeNeve Dorm and Plaza. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from UCLA campus and $495 price is possibly one of the best offered for areas around UCLA (It includes water, gas, and electricity, but internet is $10 per month for shared cable). It is perfect place for student who wishes to attend summer session A and C at UCLA for least amount of rent or even staying for upcoming school year there after.
You will be sharing a room with nice and quite Japanese international student who is studying cinematography.
It would be preferred if you were nice, quiet and clean person who could clean up after themselves around room, kitchen and bathroom. There is no smoking preference (whether you smoke or not we could accomodate.
I would like to be informed about my roommate to be so please email me with detailed informations about yourselves. That way I could get to know you better before you move in. If you could provide me with detailed response in relation to my preferences posted above that would be very helpful toward my roomate selection.
