The place is shared by some friendly, mature and responsible people in their early to late 30s, all college or masters graduates (mostly film people). Right now we're all guys but we've had girls live here before and have had no problems with being coed. We are always tidy, respectful, and bills are paid on time -- we expect the same from you, so if you've ever had trouble with these matters then please look elsewhere. Most of us are barely ever home, so it's a very quiet place.
One resident has a friendly dog, another has two cats, and another has one cat, so you must be ok with that -- we might be able to allow another cat, but no more dogs right now, sorry.
