We are looking for an individual to fill our IS Engineer IV position in Beverly Hills, CA. This position will provide the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of the corporate network infrastructure to support remote application hosting, multiple circuits, and internal corporate staff needs.
This position will assist in the configuration and operations of all server systems and computer networks for the organization. In addition, consults on application issues, peripheral equipment, security functions and future requirements, as well as, provide technical expertise for all network users in the areas of training, problem resolution, hardware and software upgrades.
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in a computer related discipline and/or 4 years experience in a data center or equivalent combination of training and experience
• MCSE REQUIRED in Windows 2000 or higher
• CURRENT CCNA REQUIRED
• 4 - 6 years experience working with Windows Server Systems including Exchange 2003, 2007 and Windows 2003 / 2008 server.
• 4 – 6 years direct experience implementing end-user workstations including Apple
• VOIP experience helpful, although not necessary
• Strong customer service skills a must
• Attention to detail a must
• Technical writing ability a must
• Up to 10% Travel per Year
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mature attitude with sound approach to problem solving
• Participate in a 24/7 On Call Rotation
