Seeking a leader with fantastic people skills and understanding of human behavior to manage a
fast-paced, growing revolutionary womens fitness studio. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a self starter and have an astute understanding of sales.

The business leader will assume autonomous management responsibilities and accountability over their market center.
Requirements:
Minimum of two or more years of management experience.
Experience in recruiting, training and leading a large staff.
Extensive experience working with the public, in particular in a customer service position.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, at times shifting gears with minimal advance notice.
Meticulous follow through is essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Strong skills in Word and Excel and experience in creating and editing spreadsheets.
Ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.
Prior experience in the fitness or retail industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Increase student population via grass roots marketing
Run/Oversee all studio operations
Provide excellent customer service to clientele
Manage staff of 5 15 to provide excellent customer service and to get daily work done
Hiring and training of reception staff
Create class schedule
Ensure strong studio retention of current students
Bank deposits
Various administrative tasks and running of reports
Oversee retail function of studio
Responsible for overall running of the studio including its profitability
