It's not super-fancy, but it is huge,in a really cute, safe neighborhood where you can walk to the bookstore, library, restaurants, bars, grocery store, Griffith Park, etc. etc...Also, the Metro line is three blocks away and goes to Hollywood and Vine, downtown, etc.

My girlfriend and I want to move to LA so she can go to school out there and I can further my career in the music / film production industry.

The problem is I have this 2/2, 840 square foot condo that I can't sell right now and I can't rent out. I'm hoping to permanently trade with someone with a similar property in or near central or north Los Angeles County (as far north as Valencia).
