Experienced Web Analyst needed with the objective to:
Help our company understand and move towards a highly successful e commerce business. Company is well established in its market but is lacking experience in the online marketing place.
We sell books and tapes and we run live workshops.
The ideal person has a lot of hands on experience from working in the e commerce department of a leading corporation and is willing to guide and coach us to become top in the online marketplace.
This person would work with us on a part time basis off site.
Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
At least 3 years experience with standard clickstream analysis tools: Webtrends etc.
3-5 years experience in different roles in an e commerce environment.
High level of experience with business intelligence tools (Crystal reports is a plus).
In depth experience in reporting and analyzing performance of online marketing activities such as campaigns, affiliate marketing, online acquisition strategies and email marketing campaigns.
Strong MS office skills.
Three to five years experience with large international companies in different areas.
Expertise in SEM and or PPC and SEO strategies and hands on experience in measuring those campaigns.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to conceptualize knowledge and transfer skills to our company.
High level of proactiveness and ability to come up with practical solutions.
Understand best practices in this field.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to get things done.
It is a plus to understand the self help market,
