<description><![CDATA[Hi! My name is Tiffany and I'm looking for a new roommate. My current roommate is moving out on May 28 so I need someone to move in to her room at the end of this semester, preferably near June 1 or sometime in June.

The room is in a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a large balcony (21' x 4'). It has an extra large closet with mirrored doors (lots of storage space) and a large double-paned window. The floors are Pergo throughout the apartment. We are on the third floor of the complex, so our balcony looks above the buildings across the street for a nice view. Only a short drive to school. Close to grocery store. No pets. Laundry on-site. Plenty of street parking.

I will be very busy over summer with an internship and working for the school newspaper. I'm looking for a female who is responsible and clean, preferably 21+. I get my work done but I also like to have fun. I am a very clean person and respectful of other people's spaces. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are respectful.

The lease is month to month and the room is $650 per month. Utilities are average price - water and garbage/recycling are included in rent.
