The room is in a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a large balcony (21' x 4'). It has an extra large closet with mirrored doors (lots of storage space) and a large double-paned window. Close to grocery store. No pets. Laundry on-site. Plenty of street parking.

I will be very busy over summer with an internship and working for the school newspaper. I'm looking for a female who is responsible and clean, preferably 21+. I get my work done but I also like to have fun. I am a very clean person and respectful of other people's spaces. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are respectful.
