Great machine. My girls are almost a year now and I don't need it anymore. It can be pluged in or work with batteries. you can also manually pump. Comes with its own carrying case, lots of breastmilk storage bottles, breastfeeding pads, 2 tubes of Lansihoh for sore nipples, cleaning wipes and a sterilizing bag.
