One of California ’s largest floor covering distributors is seeking customer service agents:
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for answering, routing and tracking incoming and outgoing calls to the call center in the most effective and client-satisfying manner and complying with our companies policies and procedures.
• Make outgoing calls
• Answer all incoming calls
• Input all transactional information efficiently and accurately
• Transfer all calls accurately and efficiently
• Effectively escalate internal and external contacts when appropriate
• Performs other duties assigned
Position Qualifications:
MUST HAVE RECENT ONE YEAR (RECENT) CONTACT/CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
• 1 year previous incoming call handling experience preferably using ACD
• 1 year previous outbound call experience preferably using a dialer or CRM package
• Proficient typing/keyboard skills (minimum 50 wpm)
• Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to relate to all levels of staff and management
• Well organized
• Familiarity with construction processes and material
• A high school diploma or equivalent required
