Standard Tel Networks is seeking experienced and detail oriented professional for our Customer Service Department as a Customer Service Representative in our Huntington Beach Headquarters. The qualified applicant must be a self-starter, possess a high level of energy, and be results driven with the ability to work in a fast paced demanding service, sales, and remote maintenance environment.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answering customer questions regarding features, warranties, contract coverage, pricing and other inquiries.
- Creating quotes for products and services.
- Promoting, selling, and recommending products and services.
- Entering and updating account information.
- Troubleshooting problems and escalating to next service tier.
- Documenting work and service performed.
- Prioritizing own work assignments.
- Guiding customers to other departments for assistance.
- Preparing completed tickets for invoicing and closing.
- Assisting Accounts Receivable with collections.
- Light Admin work such as mail pick-up and distribution, answering phones, etc.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Accounting and Admin experience desirable.
- Team Player who enjoys working with people.
- Basic Windows and Microsoft Office skills.
- Data entry and querying skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Minimum Educational Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience Qualifications - 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience. Telecom experience is a plus.
- Service and technical experience with Mitel/Intertel, Tigerpaw, and/or AVST Systems a plus.
