Pioneer Medical Group is looking for a Nursing Supervisor to join us at our Bellflower/Rosecrans facility.

Our ideal candidate will supervise and implement management’s objectives of assigned locations and or departments. Participate in the establishment and implementation of standards which ensure safe and therapeutically effective nursing care of patients. Make effective rounds throughout the clinic to observe patient care, environmental conditions, and general atmosphere. Direct and lead assigned nursing department activities in the facility. Continuously evaluate and seek to improve standards and methods of nursing care in conjunction with approval company policies and procedures. Act as a role model for staff by displaying a professional attitude through performance, appearance, and demeanor. Work with Office Supervisor to ensure a team approach within each facility. Assist with the interview and selection of new personnel and their orientation to the medical group. Ensure adequate availability of medical supplies and medications for each provider. Regulate safety and maintenance of all equipment.

Experience/Education: Bachelors degree preferred and at least 5 years experience as a nursing supervisor. Minimum one year ambulatory care experience preferred. Current California RN or LVN license and BCLS/CPR certification required. Current ACLS preferred. High School Diploma/GED required.

Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred. 1 Full time position available.
