My mixed breed is a retired SAR K9 from Logan County, Ky. She was feral when I found her as a pup.She is a golden retriever mix. My other dog is a K9 in training for Urban SAR and K9 therapy.She is a registered GSD.She does advanced obedience that will blow your mind! They are indoor dogs. I take them out 3-6 times a day. Sometimes we are out 2 hours to a time or longer. I will pay extra for them if necessary! The cat is 14 and indoors, also....she sleeps most of the time.
None of us will roam the house.....

I'm a student at CSULB in need of a place to stay. I also work, so I don't spend much time in my apartment now. When I am there, it's because I'm studying. I don't drink much. I don't smoke or do any sort of drugs. I'm a perfectly normal, sane, stable, straight, low-drama kind of person. I'm more than happy to pet or babysit, help out with projects, and share household tasks.

My ideal location would be between CSULB and South Street. I like to ride my bicycle to work and class, so location is a big plus. I have lots of furniture that I'm planning on selling, but I'd be happy to make that a part of the deal.

I'll be needing a place to sleep mostly. I have a full bed that can come with me or not. A place to study would be a plus. I don't really care how big the room is, but if it was big enough to hold a small desk in addition to the bed that would be great. I have a car, so off-street parking would be nice as well. Access to a garage would be a huge plus. Bringing a mountain bike inside has lots of drawbacks, like messing up the rug.

My time in the military has shown me that I'm able to live and get along with all types, ages, races, creeds, etc. I'm sure you'll be fine. I'm just looking for a safe, low-key atmosphere. I would prefer to have my own space and not share a room. I'm 25, a veteran, very responsible, and focused on finishing my degree above all else. I have another year and a half before I graduate, so I'm most interested in a long-term arrangement.

about me and to the point:

I work 12 hours shifts from home I get a full salary but pretty much work on cal.

I am an accomplished surf photographer who is currently stuck in Phoenix but will be relocating back to the beach very very soon.

I have not pets

I am pretty quiet and do not drink or smoke inside, I smoke outside, open to both though.

I don't have a g/f nor do i really want one.

I want a place i can come home to and call home, a sanctuary of sorts.

I currently live with a female that I am not sleeping with and this has been a fantastic arrangement for the past 7 monthes. I would prefer to live with a female but this is not mandatory.

I spend ALOT of time on my photography, I find peace taking my pictures. i can decorate your house with amazing images, if needed.

Not ecstatic about moving to SOCAL, but it will bring me back to the ocean which is very high on my list of priorities and will once again support a second income.

Okay about me. I'm 28 going on 8 or 38 depending on the day and the direction the wind is blowing :) I'm down to earth...my life philosphy is to each his own...I'm a practicing lesbian...lol...just kidding I date mostly women but just love who I love (hope that's not a deal breaker), let's see what else...I'm already looking for work out there but currently saving so finances will not be an issue. I have my Masters in Community Counseling and my undergrad in Psych...so it will kinda be like getting a roomie and a therapist all in one if that's your thing...and other than that I'm responsible...I'm a big fan of respect...and to top it off I am clean...not a neat freak ...but clean....and my sign is a libra if that counts for anything...so I"m all about balance.

well that is me in a nutshell...and i know that most people don't want to choose a roomie prior to meeting them based on a craigslist posting but that's kinda the only in I have at this point...since as soon as I arrive I will be instantly in need of a place. so if you are considering the idea but are not quite sure...let me know what i can do to help you reply to my request...I'm an open person and willing to answer any questions you got. I'm even open for like a 1 month trial or 2 week trial if you arn't quite sure...just so that I can actually have some place secure to arrive to when I get in town.

Hello, I am 25, a non-smoker (and don't mind if you do outside), Marine Biology major, going for my 2nd year at CSULB, (after transferring from Visalia, CA in 2007 as a junior). I am looking for a room for rent for the start of September (9/2) that is close to CSULB, as ride my bike to school. I am easy going, responsible, dependable, and very flexible. I enjoy having fun, but I am a full time student and know when I need to focus on my work. I am very clean and consciences of others. I have lived on my own for many years and I have experience taking care of the house bills as well as pool service. I will need a place after the summer, by 9/2.

I have an outdoor, short-haired, very sweet, cat loving, house-trained, spayed dog. I take very good care of her, which includes cleaning up after her and walking her twice a day, (and if you have a dog, I will gladly walk them as well). This last year I was very lucky in that both I and my roomate owned dogs, and we both took care that the house never smelled of the dogs, and the lawn was kept fabulous.
