i work nights only and come home around 1 to 2am so i hope you will be ok with that, an very quiet and like to stay in my room and watch movies when am off work am very social and get along with everyone.
i graduated cal state long beach and also went to culinary school in pasadena i like to have some friends over some time but they wont be spending the night unless we both agree on it

My ideal situation is a month to month rental (no lease) in West Hollywood close to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (the closer the better).

I major in Business Management. I'm originally from New York and went to a college out there also enlisting into the Navy where I did some electrical engineering. I worked as an Investigative Analyst for close to three years and I'm currently moving back into the field with a different company. I also am planning on finishing my bachelor's degree at USC. I love contact sports, mma training, and reading. We don't smoke, do drugs, just 2 people in our mid to late 20's trying to work to acheive our goals. It should be close to CSULB or within 30-40 min by Public Transport.
