BENEFIT REPRESENTATIVES NEEDED
We are a growing company that specializes in workers’ benefits for private associations and labor unions in Los Angeles County. We have two full-time openings and we are willing to train the right candidate for this position. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of customer service experience in terms of human resources, account management, and/or sales and marketing.
Job duties include contacting the union or association member that has sent in his or her application for work benefits including, but not limited to, workman’s compensation, paycheck protection, and long-term care. The representative is then responsible for providing the member with the correct documents and addendums necessary to complete the application process, and completing underwriting requirements for each individual to be approved through the company and their respective union or association.
Interviews are currently being conducted out of the Santa Fe Springs office and we are looking to hire immediately. Please keep in mind when applying for this position that this is full-time (40-45 hours/week) and candidates will be subject to a state and federal background check.
